Imagine MKE exists to drive vibrancy, prosperity, and systemic change in the Greater Milwaukee area by advancing the region’s arts and culture sector. They envision Milwaukee as a nationally recognized creative community, a magnet for talent and investment, where social and economic prosperity is powered by an equitable, diverse, and thriving creative economy. That vision is expansive. The challenge is communicative: translating a systemic argument about a city’s future into content that feels specific, urgent, and already in motion.

JMC produced the full visual content from concept through delivery. Production decisions were anchored in a single strategic imperative. The film had to feel like the city it was documenting. Not a proposal for what Milwaukee could become. A record of what it already is, and evidence of what becomes possible when creative infrastructure is taken seriously. The work was built to reach civic leaders, funders, and creative communities without compromising for any one of them.
