ABOUT

The organizations that endure don’t just have a mission. They have a story people believe in, one that shapes culture from the inside out and builds trust that compounds over time.

JMC is a narrative strategy and production studio serving healthcare systems, government agencies, financial institutions, and cultural organizations across the Midwest. We help institutions discover, articulate, and share the stories that define who they are. Production is one way we do that. The deeper work is helping organizations understand themselves and communicate that understanding in ways that move people to act, stay, give, and trust.

Our process begins long before a camera rolls. We listen at the level of values, decisions, and lived experience. We identify what is true about an organization that has never been clearly said. Then we build the narrative infrastructure to say it, with strategic precision and cinematic craft.

JMC is led by an Emmy Award-winning narrative strategist and a U.S. Army veteran cinematographer. We bring institutional fluency, creative discipline, and a belief that storytelling is not a marketing function; it is an organizational one.

The most powerful stories are rarely invented. They are uncovered, shaped, and built to last.
