A cinematic portrait series for U.S. Bank documenting the leases reshaping what financial leadership looks like from within.

U.S. Bank’s commitment to diversified leadership was genuine. The challenge was giving that commitment a narrative form as credible and specific as the people it described, something that could function as institutional proof, not institutional talking points.

JMC developed the concept and led full production: a portrait-driven series built around extended, directed conversations with leaders whose presence inside the institution represents a real shift in its composition and direction. The work was designed to operate on two registers simultaneously, as internal alignment for the organization and as external evidence of who U.S. Bank is becoming. Strategy nd production were developed together so the visual language of the series carried the same weight as its subjects.
